Great interview but the edit is very challenging. A.I. edit tools being used here?

What precisely about this edit is challenging? (Visual or auditory? Etc.) I do use AI to edit filler language but half the cuts are mine. Usually I spend 5-10 hours on this part, and a lot goes in to making it as natural-sounding as possible, but if I cut filler with *any* method it often chops up video in ways that sound good but look weird...or the edit either goes well or doesn't on the basis of the source audio rather than on the tools themselves. If you're only just now noticing an issue with this episode, that would be good to know because my workflow hasn't changed in over a year. Anyway, thanks for listening!
