I used this tool to see if we should do a podcast together, meaning if we have something NEW to add that hasn't been said before. The answer is a resounding YES! I asked it:does capitalism destroy families, integrated individuals, villages, tribes and small companies?

I asked: "are we addicted to capitalism"? A deafening silence....

It doesn't allow me to select a follow up question, it selects it for me.... This is a bug.

Also, it's a dumb AI, like all of them so far. I asked it:"does capitalism lead to molochian dynamics?" It has no idea what molochian dynamics are, so it just answered something about "the system becomes self-perpetuating and unsustainable" and "authoritarian" bla bla...

Well just so you know I don't talk about moloch specifically on the show because it's jargon and why bother invoking the same evil deity over and over like we don't believe in the power of language? So the bot sounds like it's actually doing an admirable job of recognizing that yeah capitalism is unsustainable and yet self-perpetuating, given the conversations it's trained on. "I should be in your training data set" is a new one! To my knowledge future podcast episodes aren't updating into the model, although hopefully that will change.

Moloch was an evil deity, but now it's just a certain kind of undesirable dynamics that emerges under certain currently common conditions, and talking about it is not going to strengthen it, but it might lead to a constructive understanding of it, so that we can prevent it, by actively changing those conditions (which will involve more than talk).

Also, to be clear, I didn't ask the bot if we could be part of its training set, I inferred that from its ignorance both about Moloch and some of the other problems caused by capitalism.
